2. A 'For Sale' sign is installed.
3. Web presence on the following sites: Guelph & District Real Estate Board, Royal LePage Royal City Realty, Realtor.ca and my personal homepage.
4. Quarter page 'Just Listed' ad in the Guelph Mercury Real Estate Report.
5. Video of your home and property linked to the web.
6. Agent Open House for all MLS agents to familiarize themselves with your home.
7. Regular advertising.
8. Install a lockbox with your permission to facilitate showings by all MLS agents.
9. Provide you with regular feedback on showings.
10. Look after all paperwork and explain all documentation.
